COMMERCIAL FLEET CARE PLANS
The right level of care for your operation.
Choose a recurring service structure based on your fleet’s operating schedule, appearance standards and reporting requirements. Every plan is configured and priced after a fleet and site assessment.

Start with the service your fleet actually needs.
All plans are built around recurring on-site service. Exact frequency, scope and pricing are confirmed in the written service plan.

CUSTOM PRICING
Your quote is based on the operation required to serve your fleet.
A responsible recurring quote must account for the vehicles, labour, travel, site conditions and service requirements involved. That is why Ronasso does not use one generic public price for every fleet.
Vehicle Types — Cars, vans, tractors, trailers, buses and heavy vehicles require different service times.
Fleet Quantity — Vehicle count determines service capacity, visit duration and crew requirements.
Service Frequency — Weekly, biweekly and custom schedules produce different monthly visit volumes.
Vehicle Condition — Normal, heavy and extreme conditions require different amounts of time and product.
Site Complexity — Parking layout, working space, access procedures and site restrictions affect delivery.
Service Schedule — Standard, overnight, weekend or unusual timing can affect labour and availability.
Travel Requirements — Distance, travel time and route costs form part of the service calculation.
Water and Power — Available utilities and additional equipment requirements are reviewed before quoting.
Every final quote is provided in writing before recurring service begins. Additional chargeable work requires written approval.
START WITH A PAID PILOT
Use real service conditions to refine the recurring plan.
A paid pilot provides actual information about service timing, vehicle condition and site requirements before the full recurring program begins.
01 Assess the Fleet — Review the vehicle mix, location, operating hours and initial condition.
02 Select a Pilot Group — Choose representative vehicles that reflect the recurring service requirements.
03 Complete the Service — Record actual service time, site conditions and any operational issues.
04 Finalize the Plan — Confirm the appropriate tier, schedule, scope and monthly quote.
The paid pilot is separately quoted and does not guarantee automatic acceptance into a recurring program.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Some work falls outside recurring plan pricing.
Initial Heavy Cleaning — A heavily soiled fleet may require an initial condition adjustment before normal recurring service begins.
Deep Interior Work — Extraction, stain treatment, odour restoration and intensive interior cleaning require a separate approved quote.
Restoration Services — Polishing, paint correction, oxidation treatment and cosmetic restoration are not part of standard recurring washing.
Special Site Requirements — Unusual access, utilities, scheduling, equipment or safety requirements are reviewed and priced separately.
Ronasso Fleet Care does not perform hazardous-material or biohazard handling under the standard recurring service plans.
WHICH PLAN FITS?
A simple starting point for choosing a plan.
Choose Essential when: Your priority is consistent exterior cleanliness; your fleet is primarily operational rather than customer-facing; site-level completion photos provide sufficient documentation.
Choose Image when: Your vehicles carry visible company branding; vehicle appearance affects customer perception; you want vehicle-level photos and monthly condition reporting.
Choose Managed when: You want exterior and monthly interior maintenance; you operate a larger or multi-location fleet; you need dedicated account oversight and recurring reviews.
The assessment may identify that different vehicle groups require different service scopes. Mixed-fleet recommendations are prepared case by case.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Answers before you request an assessment.
Why are fixed prices not displayed?
−
Fleet size alone does not determine the cost. Vehicle types, frequency, condition, travel, site access, schedule and utility requirements must also be considered. Pricing is provided after the fleet and site assessment.
Can different vehicles use different service levels?
−
Yes. Mixed fleets can be assessed by vehicle group when different operating or appearance requirements apply.
Can we begin without signing a recurring program immediately?
−
Yes. A separately priced pilot service can be used to evaluate timing, quality and operational fit before a recurring plan is finalized.
Does the Managed plan include deep interior detailing?
−
No. Managed includes defined monthly interior maintenance. Extraction, stain removal, odour restoration and other deep interior work require a separate quote.
Do we need to provide water and power?
−
Utility availability is reviewed during the site assessment. Any use of customer water or power must be approved and documented. Sites with different requirements need separate operational review and pricing.
Can service take place overnight or on weekends?
−
Potentially. Schedule availability is reviewed case by case. Overnight, weekend or unusual scheduling may affect pricing.
Can the service plan change as our fleet grows?
−
Yes. Vehicle counts, locations, frequency and service scope can be reviewed when operating requirements change. Pricing changes must be confirmed in writing.
