Service must be scheduled around route departure and return times.

Dealerships & Rental Fleets
Dealership and rental operations manage changing vehicle quantities and require flexible coordination around inventory and customer demand.

Service in extended GTA locations is reviewed according to fleet size, route feasibility, schedule, travel time and site requirements.
Being listed does not guarantee automatic service availability. Every location must be reviewed for route feasibility, safe access and operational fit.
Have a fleet outside the listed area? Submit the location for review. Larger or strategically located fleets may support a custom route assessment.

A requirement for additional review does not automatically mean the fleet cannot be served. It means the operating method and pricing must be evaluated first.
COMPLEX FLEETS
Mixed vehicles and multiple sites require a coordinated plan.
A fleet may include several vehicle sizes, operating groups or locations. The assessment separates those requirements so the service scope, schedule and reporting structure remain clear.

Site Schedules
Each operating location is reviewed for access, vehicle availability and route feasibility.
Account Reporting
Image and Managed plans can provide enhanced completion documentation and condition reporting according to the approved scope.

Confirm the site before building the recurring route.
A paid pilot provides real information about vehicle access, service timing, working conditions and operational coordination at the customer’s location.
