Pre-Rinse and Foam
Initial rinsing and foam application based on vehicle condition and service scope.
Body-Panel Washing
Exterior cleaning using the agitation level included in the selected service plan.
Glass and Mirrors
Exterior glass and mirror cleaning to support a presentable finish.
Wheels
Wheel-face rinsing or scrubbing depending on the selected plan.
Front and Bug Treatment
Light or detailed front treatment based on service level and vehicle condition.

RECURRING SCHEDULING
Service planned around vehicle availability.
Frequency and timing are determined by fleet usage, appearance standards, vehicle availability and site access. Scheduling is confirmed in the written service plan.
Weekly — For high-use or customer-facing fleets requiring frequent exterior care.
Biweekly — For working fleets that need reliable recurring maintenance with fewer monthly visits.
Custom Schedule — For mixed fleets, specialized vehicle groups or operating requirements that need a site-specific plan.
Overnight, weekend, urgent or unusual scheduling requirements may affect pricing and availability.
SITE ASSESSMENT
Every location is reviewed before service begins.
The assessment helps determine whether the site can support safe, practical and repeatable service.
Access to customer water or power is used only when approved and documented. Locations with different utility or equipment requirements require separate review and pricing.
PAID PILOT SERVICE
Test the process before beginning a recurring program.
A paid pilot allows Ronasso and the customer to confirm real service timing, vehicle condition, access requirements and operational fit before finalizing recurring service.
